Background
Damon personally built 2 businesses to 8 figures a year and 4 more to several million a year, from the ground up, and helped create dozens more through hands-on operational work. He saw the same pattern everywhere: founders trapped running operations instead of growing companies. He built OpFix to fix that problem permanently, and designed the X-Ray, the delivery model, and every system the company runs on itself and installs for others.
