What does OpFix do?

How does it work?
Answer 7 questions, which takes about 90 seconds, and pick a time. Then a 30-minute call about how the business really runs. The report is built within 3 business days of getting everything we need from you, and we walk you through it live.
Do I keep the report?
Yes, either way. The score, the dollar figures, the ranked fix list and the steps under each fix are yours.
Can I run the fixes myself?
Yes. Plenty of owners do. If you hit a wall halfway through, the door's still open. Here's how to tell if you will.
What happens if OpFix installs it?
The X-Ray becomes the build plan, so there's no discovery phase. We build the fixes into the business while you keep running it. Nothing gets torn out mid-season, and nothing gets touched until you've signed off on what we're touching and why. Before we call it done, we prove 2 things: the systems we installed run more of the business than you do, and the business can take on more work than it could before.
